The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, self-rated health level, tobacco use, coverage amount, and preferred term. The quoting service operated by the carriers' application platform receives these answers and returns rates; this site doesn't save them. No personal name, street address, phone, or email is necessary to view quotes. Repeated requests with identical details may be served from a temporary cache to avoid querying the platform again.

Applying

If you continue to apply, your answers feed into a secure application managed by the carriers' application platform, with its own privacy rules. Applications are processed by Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129).

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone, whether you'd like a phone or email reply, a category, and your message. Email relays it to the agency, using your address as the response recipient. We keep no messages, no submission database, and no content logs. A quick anti-spam test runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

Page statistics on this site use first-party, no-cookie measurement from this domain. No tracking pixels or identifiers are stored; your IP address is masked before storage; pages that referred you aren't logged; raw tracking data expires after 90 days. If your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we skip counting you.

What we do not do

We do not resell, donate, or trade personal details. We don't use advertising or tracking code. Only the carriers' application software is a third party on this site, and it only loads if you navigate to the apply page.
